Ah yes, the old Bizarre show from the early 1980's. Loved that show! John Byner and Super Dave Osborne, funny stuff. And filmed right here in Scarborough Ontario at the CTV studios. Great to see this old clip, hope to see more in the future on S & F.

The guy is John Byner and I'm pretty sure the clip is from the show Bizarre. They were famous for stuff like that.
